Sec. 1050.056. BOARD VACANCY. (a) If a vacancy occurs in the office of an elected director, the remaining directors shall appoint a director for the unexpired term. (b) If a vacancy occurs in the office of an appointed director, the Commissioners Court of Knox County shall appoint a director for the unexpired term.
