Sec. 105.307. DEAN. (a) The board may appoint a dean of the academy who shall serve at the pleasure of the board. (b) The dean shall report to the provost of the University of North Texas and shall have a seat on the council of deans. (c) The dean shall prepare an annual budget for the operation of the academy and submit the budget to the provost of the university.
