Sec. 105.305. ELIGIBILITY. (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the academy shall admit only high school juniors and seniors. (b) The academy may provide for an early admission year to allow the admission of a student who is not yet a high school junior if the abilities of the student warrant early entry.
