Sec. 1046.115. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR CARE AND TREATMENT. (a) The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside the district's boundaries to reimburse the district for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality. (b) The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for reimbursement for the treatment of a sick or injured person.
