Sec. 104.104. EARLY EFFECTIVE DATE OF RATE INCREASE. (a) For good cause shown, the regulatory authority may allow a rate increase, other than a major change, to take effect: (1) before the end of the 35-day period prescribed by Section 104.102 ; and (2) under conditions the regulatory authority prescribes, subject to suspension as provided by this subchapter. (b) The gas utility shall immediately revise its schedules to include the increase.
