Sec. 1030.356. ANNEXATION ELECTION. (a) An election held under this subchapter to annex territory must be ordered in accordance with Chapter 3 , Election Code. (b) Notice of an election held under this subchapter to annex territory must be given as provided by Chapter 4 , Election Code.
