Sec. 1027.107. PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES. In the geographic service area designated by the board, the district may operate or provide for: (1) the operation of a mobile emergency medical service; and (2) home health services, long-term care services, skilled nursing care services, intermediate nursing care services, assisted living services, hospice care, or other health-related services.
