Sec. 102.054. ACCESSIBILITY AND USE OF WITNESS TESTIMONY. (a) A person is not exempt from giving testimony in a proceeding to enforce Section 102.051 . (b) The testimony a person gives in a proceeding to enforce Section 102.051 may not be used against that person in any criminal action or proceeding. A criminal action or proceeding may not be brought against a person because of the testimony given by that person in a proceeding to enforce Section 102.051 .
