Sec. 1019.102. RESTRICTION ON TAXATION AND DEBT BY OTHER ENTITY. (a) A political subdivision within the district, other than the district, may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for district inhabitants. (b) A governmental or other entity inside or outside the district may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations on property in the district for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for district inhabitants.
