Sec. 1016.060. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR. (a) The board may appoint a qualified person as district administrator.
(b) Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 291 (S.B. 1214 ), Sec. 8(2), eff. September 1, 2025.
(c) The district administrator serves at the will of the board and is entitled to the compensation determined by the board.
