Sec. 1010.105. DISTRICT ELECTIONS. (a) Each district election shall be called by resolution or order of the board. The order or resolution must specify: (1) the date of the election; (2) the proposition to be submitted and voted on; (3) the polling place; and (4) any other matter considered necessary or advisable by the board. (b) Notice of each district election shall be given by publishing one time a substantial copy of the election resolution or order in a newspaper of general circulation in the district at least 20 days before the date set for the election. (c) The board shall declare the results of a district election.
