Sec. 1002.453. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE. (a) The board shall adopt rules of procedure for the imposition of an administrative penalty. (b) Rules adopted under this section must conform to the requirements of Chapter 2001 , Government Code. (c) A proceeding to impose the penalty is considered to be a contested case under Chapter 2001 , Government Code.
