Sec. 1001.554. PRESENTATION OF COMPLAINTS BY BOARD; ASSISTANCE AT TRIAL. (a) A member of the board may present to a prosecuting officer a complaint relating to a violation of this chapter or Chapter 1071 . (b) The board through its members, officers, counsel, and agents and subject to the control of the prosecuting officer may assist in the trial of a case involving an alleged violation of this chapter or Chapter 1071 .
