Sec. 1001.508. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE. (a) A proceeding under this subchapter is subject to Chapter 2001 , Government Code. (b) The board shall adopt rules of procedure for imposing an administrative penalty. The rules must conform to the requirements of Chapter 2001 , Government Code.
