Sec. 1001.455. DENIAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION OF DRIVER EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR LICENSE. (a) The executive director or the commission may deny an application for a driver education instructor license or suspend or revoke the license of a driver education instructor if the instructor: (1) fails to meet a requirement for issuance of or holding a license under this chapter; (2) permits or engages in misrepresentation, fraud, or deceit in applying for or obtaining a certificate, license, or permit; (3) induces fraud or fraudulent practices on the part of an applicant for a driver's license or permit; (4) permits or engages in any other fraudulent practice in an action between the applicant or license holder and the public; (5) fails to comply with commission rules relating to driver instruction; or (6) fails to comply with this chapter.
