Sec. 1001.452. GROUNDS FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION. A person is subject to disciplinary action under Section 1001.451 for: (1) a violation of this chapter or a board rule adopted under this chapter; (2) fraud or deceit in obtaining a license; (3) a documented instance of retaliation by an applicant against an individual who has served as a reference for that applicant; (4) gross negligence, incompetency, or misconduct in the practice of engineering; or (5) a failure to timely provide plans or specifications to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as required by Chapter 469 , Government Code.
