Sec. 1001.2042. REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE DRIVER EDUCATION PROVIDER. Before an online driver education provider license may be issued, the department must determine that the applicant has: (1) adequate driver education instructors to provide training of good quality; and (2) adequate testing and security measures to validate a student's identity and active participation in a driver education course.
