Sec. 1001.105. PARTICIPATION OF PUBLIC MEMBERS. (a) The board by majority vote may limit the participation of public members in evaluating license, registration, or certification applications. (b) This section does not apply to the evaluation of license, registration, or certification applications at an official meeting of the board.
