Sec. 1001.005. REFERENCES IN LAW MEANING COMMISSIONER OR DESIGNEE. In this code or in any other law, a reference to the commissioner in relation to a function described by Section 1001.002 (c) means the commissioner. A reference in law to the commissioner in relation to any other function has the meaning assigned by Section 521.0003 , Government Code.
