Recording of court order

If a service agreement or a notice or memorandum of the agreement is recorded in violation of this chapter, then a person with an interest in the real property that is the subject of the agreement may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction in the county where the recording exists to record a court order declaring the agreement unenforceable. Added by 2023 Tenn. Acts, ch. 160, s 1, eff. 4/17/2023.
