Consolidation agreement

The agreement of consolidation shall be in writing, and shall set forth the corporate name agreed upon, and the terms and conditions of the consolidation. Acts 1871, ch. 69, § 1; 1877, ch. 72, § 2; Shan., § 1523; Code 1932, § 2598; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 65-902.
