Petitions to be in writing - Filing fees

(a) Every petition filed with the commission shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by a filing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (b) Any petition filed on behalf of multiple parties shall be accompanied by a payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each party. Acts 1986, ch. 862, § 1; 1995, ch. 305, § 9.
