A right of action is given to any keeper of any hotel, inn, theater, public house, common carrier or restaurant against any person guilty of turbulent or riotous conduct within or about the hotel, inn, theater, public house, common carrier or restaurant, and any person found guilty of so doing commits a Class C misdemeanor.
