(a) The application or registration card shall be exhibited upon request of the commissioner, the commissioner's designee, a full-time law enforcement officer or an employer to verify that the security guard/officer is working pursuant to the requirements of this chapter. (b) A security guard/officer shall provide written notice to the commissioner or the commissioner's designee and to the licensee or the proprietary security organization that employs the security guard/officer of any arrest and resulting conviction, except for minor traffic violations, within thirty (30) days of the arrest or conviction.
