Bed occupancy

(a) Twenty-five percent (25%) of the bed occupants at any one (1) time of state veterans' homes authorized by this part may be veteran-related family members, i.e. spouses, surviving spouses, gold star parents and dependent children. (b) When a state veterans' home accepts grant assistance for a construction project, seventy-five percent (75%) of the bed occupants at that facility as a whole must be veterans.
