Restrictions on sale within state

(a) Except as otherwise provided by law, nothing in this chapter shall be construed as licensing or legalizing the sale of intoxicating liquors and/or other intoxicating drinks within the state by any distillery or manufacturing plant authorized under this chapter. (b) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed so as to repeal, or in any manner abridge or affect the present laws of this state concerning the sale of intoxicating liquors of every kind.
