A prescription drug discount plan issued pursuant to § 56-57-102 is subject to regulation by the department and compliance with laws applicable to pharmacy discount cards, including, but not limited to, chapter 17 of this title. Repealed and reenacted by 2021 Tenn. Acts, ch. 372, s 2, eff. 7/1/2021. Acts 2005, ch. 474, § 2.
