Commissioner's authority to promulgate rules and regulations

The commissioner is authorized to promulgate, and from time to time amend, rules and regulations relating to risk retention groups as may be necessary or desirable to carry out this chapter. The rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Acts 1991, ch. 142, § 6; 1993, ch. 253, § 11.
