(a) A member has the right to cancel membership in a plan within thirty (30) days of joining the plan and has the right to have refunded membership fees paid during that initial membership, except for a one-time nominal processing fee. (b) After the initial thirty-day membership period, a member has the right to cancel membership, in accordance with the policies established by the operator. An operator must provide information concerning the cancellation policy to the member at the time of the initial membership and cannot change the cancellation policy unless the operator provides the member with written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the date the change takes effect.
