Mandamus to compel compliance

In order to enforce this chapter, the county mayor is authorized to retain the county attorney, or an attorney hired pursuant to § 5-6-112 , to seek mandamus to compel compliance as provided in § 5-1-107 , and additionally may pursue any and all other remedies available at law or in equity. Acts 1997 , ch. 361, § 10; 1998, ch. 596, §2; 2003 , ch. 90, § 2.
