(a) Every printed portion of the text of contract forms and papers attached thereto which are used for the purchase or lease of products to be extracted either from the earth or from beneath the earth shall be printed in a type style of common usage and in a type size of not less than ten (10) point so that both the contract forms and attached papers may be clearly legible. (b) Any printed contract form used after July 1, 1980, which violates this section shall be voidable at the option of the aggrieved party. (c) This section does not apply to contract forms printed and used by the state of Tennessee. Acts 1980, ch. 764, §§ 1-3; T.C.A., § 47-15-114.
