(a) Under the terms and conditions prescribed in the bylaws adopted by it, the association may admit as members only persons engaged in the production of sheep, including the lessees and tenants of land used for the production of sheep, and any lessors and landlords who receive as rent all or any part of the sheep, or returns therefrom, raised on the leased premises. (b) If a member of the association is other than a natural person, the member may be represented by any individual, associate officer or manager or member thereof, duly authorized in writing.
