Chapter definitions

As used in this chapter: (1) "Disability" means, with respect to an individual, a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one (1) or more of the major life activities of the individual; a record of the impairment; or being regarded as having an impairment; and (2) "SAME program" means the state as a model employer program established pursuant to this chapter. Acts 2021, ch. 575, § 1.
