(a) The commission may: (1) Procure supplies, services, and property; (2) Enter into contracts; (3) Expend, in furtherance of this chapter, funds donated or received in pursuance of contracts entered into under this chapter; and (4) Take action as necessary to enable the commission to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. (b) Any action taken pursuant to subsection (a) must first be approved by majority vote of the commission. Acts 2019, ch. 384, § 12.
