Jurisdiction of appeal from decisions of three-judge panel - Notice of appeal

Except as provided in § 20-18-105 , the court of appeals shall have jurisdiction of appeals from the decisions of a three-judge panel appointed pursuant to this chapter. Notice of such appeal must be filed with the court of appeals. Added by 2021 Tenn. Acts, ch. 566, s 1, eff. 7/1/2021.
