Judgment against pauper

On failure, for any reason, to prosecute the action or suit with effect, judgment or decree shall be given against such poor persons, and execution awarded, as in other cases. Code 1858, § 3195 (deriv. Acts 1829, ch. 88, § 1); Shan., § 4933; Code 1932, § 9086; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 20-1635.
