Lymphedema Awareness Week

The third week of June each year shall be observed as "Lymphedema Awareness Week," to encourage all medical facilities in the state to dedicate more time, energy, and funding to the diagnosing and treatment of the disease. This week shall not be a legal holiday as defined in § 15-1-101 . Amended by 2020 Tenn. Acts, ch. 707, s 5, eff. 6/22/2020. Added by 2013 Tenn. Acts, ch. 22, s 1, eff. 3/20/2013.
