Vietnam Veterans Day

March 29 of each year shall be observed as "Vietnam Veterans Day," to honor and recognize the veterans who served during the Vietnam War. State agencies, interested organizations and groups and individuals are encouraged to fly the United States flag accompanied by the MIA/POW flag on this day. This day shall not be a legal holiday as defined in § 15-1-101 . Amended by 2020 Tenn. Acts, ch. 707, s 5, eff. 6/22/2020. Acts 2008 , ch. 613, § 1.
