Intervention or appearance in other action

(a) The joint review team, or the applicant individually, may intervene in any state or local agency proceeding if such agency proceeding involves an action pursuant to this chapter or involving the project. (b) The joint review team, or the applicant individually, may appear as a party of right in any judicial proceeding involving an action pursuant to this chapter or involving the project.
