(a) After the team members have had a reasonable time to review the draft agreement and the applicant's presentation, but not more than four (4) weeks, the team leader shall call a second meeting. At this meeting the team shall complete the agreement of responsibility. When completed it shall be signed by the team members. (b) Notice of this meeting shall be given in accordance with § 13-18-107 . Acts 1981, ch. 131, § 9.
