Rules regarding state depository publications in electronic format

The secretary of state shall promulgate rules to effectuate the preservation, distribution, accessibility, and availability of state depository publications in electronic format. The rules must be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Added by 2019 Tenn. Acts, ch. 8,s 7, eff. 3/13/2019.
