6-8B-9 to 6-8B-22 , inclusive. A credit enhancement obligation, any agreement related thereto and any anticipation note authorized by § 6-8B-67 shall be authorized, issued and sold as provided in, and shall be subject to the provisions of §§ 6-8B-9 to 6-8B-22 , inclusive.
