58-6A-1 to 58-6A-3.11 . Any retention group licensed before July 1, 2016, shall be in compliance with §§ 58-6A-1 to 58-6A-3.11 , inclusive, by July 1, 2017. Any risk retention group licensed after June 30, 2016, shall be in compliance with §§ 58-6A-1 to 58-6A-3.11 , inclusive, at licensure.
