58-43-16.2 to 58-43-16.9 . The provisions of §§ 58-43-16.2 to 58-43-16.9 , inclusive, do not apply to any foreign or alien insurer licensed in this state or any insurer that is a SOX compliant entity or a direct or indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of a SOX compliant entity.
