Domestic violence victim discrimination prohibited

No insurer may ask any questions about an individual's status as a victim of domestic violence for the purposes of offering, selling, or renewing coverage; limiting coverage; or charging a rate different from that normally charged for the same coverage under any life or health insurance policy.
