58-30-124 to 58-30-139 . The director may adopt rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , for the implementation and administration of the provisions of §§ 58-30-124 to 58-30-139 , inclusive. The rules may include definitions, licensure, contract provisions, accounting, recordkeeping, examinations, claims, procedures and settlement, insurer and managing general agent duties, and the amount and kind of business a managing general agent may perform for an insurer.
