58-29B-84 . A claim allowable under § 58-29B-84 by reason of avoidance, whether voluntary or involuntary, or a preference, lien, conveyance, transfer, assignment, or encumbrance, may be filed as an excused late filing under §§ 58-29B-102 to 58-29B-105 , inclusive, if filed within thirty days from the date of the avoidance, or within the further time allowed by the court under § 58-29B-84 .
