58-29B-69 to 58-29B-72 applicable despite certain creditors or potential bona fide purchasers. The provisions of §§ 58-29B-69 to 58-29B-72 , inclusive, apply whether or not there are or were creditors who might have obtained liens or persons who might have become bona fide purchasers.
