58-29B-13 to 58-29B-30 . The director in his sole discretion may institute proceedings under §§ 58-29B-13 to 58-29B-30 , inclusive, at the request of the director or other appropriate insurance official of the domiciliary state of any foreign or alien insurer having property located in this state.
