Additional investment authority--Valuation of investments

Any investment purchased and held pursuant to §

shall be valued in accordance with chapters

or in accordance with the methods established by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. If valuation methods are not prescribed by chapter

58-27
, or the National Association of Insurance Commissioners has not established a valuation method for any investment, the investment must be valued at the lower of cost or market.
